Our K-series Motion Stages use an innovative component
known as 'Kore-Frame' unequaled worldwide in microscope
applications. The stage consists of a three-piece
construction linking the X and Y axes directly in a
single piece central frame. This three component
assembly provides excellent squareness, flatness, and
accuracy. Conventional stages consist of seven
separate pieces that must be fitted and bolted
together. We are also the only stage manufacturer
to use single-piece hardened, ground alloy steel
raceways. Additionally, our manual stages
incorporate a patented friction drive system for
unparalleled durability and protection against wear from
use.
HISTORY
Semprex was established in 1966 as a
manufacturer of precision ground probe needles. In 1974,
on the forefront of the semiconductor revolution, the
need for a 4" X-Y microscope motion stage became vastly
apparent. Our engineering capability allowed
us not only to meet that need, but provide a unique and
highly durable product. Our product line has since been
refined and expanded through extraordinary design
capability, incredible attention to detail, and
state-of-art precision manufacturing processes.
Semprex products now include a vast number of precision
motion stages that meet almost any industrial
application imaginable.
