- Preferred alternative to inadequate
stands supplied with many stereoscopes, allowing
inspection of larger and/or heavier
samples
- Available with variable 25 watt halogen
internal illuminator for transmitted brightfield
and/or darkfield backlighting
- Darkfield backlighting option useful in
highlighting edges, rough surfaces, defects,
etc.
- Available with internal mirror assembly
for use with fiber-optic cable and illuminator
for higher power brightfield backlighting
- Also available plain (no
backlighting)
- Adapters for many stereo and compound
microscopes including: B&L Stereo-
zoom; Wild M400 Series; Leica MZ & GZ; Meiji
